If you're not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused and hasn't been fitted, you can return it to us within 10 days of physically receiving the parts. All you need to do is contact us before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.

To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.

To return your order within 10 days of purchase, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Pack up your item(s) protectively and write your Returns Number clearly on the outside of the package.
